Here we go....Lumber was delivered and we have the garage framed and half way through the first floor. We wish it would STOP snowing! Yea, can you believe I said that. We officially have the most snowfall in recorded history! Over 120" of total snowfall......and we decided to build a house....

Ryan and his friends Chris, Jay and Sean at the Seahawks playoff game on Saturday. Seattle whipped the Redskins. Complements to Sean's helmet. It helped with the victory!!!
